Terms and Conditions

Any questions or concerns in regards to online ticket sales should be sent directly to tickets@sandpointrenfaire.com. As a volunteer organization we will do our best to reply to your request within 72 business hours.

All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Rain or shine, sleet or snow. I agree that a ticket issued by the Sandpoint Renaissance Association is for the sole purpose of accessing the venue which the Sandpoint Renaissance Faire is scheduled to occur (the ‘Venue’). The Sandpoint Renaissance Association may, at its sole and absolute option, revoke a ticket at any time, which includes denying me access to the venue upon or due to any violation, or suspected violation of any or all of these terms and conditions or for any violation or suspected violation of any applicable laws, policies, rules or regulations, as determined by the Sandpoint Renaissance Association or its contractors. Any purchase or possession of tickets for the Sandpoint Renaissance Faire constitutes the irrevocable acceptance of, and the agreement to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, do not purchase tickets.

By purchasing or using a ticket to this event, I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims which I have or may in the future have against the Sandpoint Renaissance Association, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), on account of injury, death or property damage arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Sandpoint Renaissance Faire, due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation the negligence of the Sandpoint Renaissance Faire or any other Releasee, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care owing under occupiers liability legislation or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Sandpoint Renaissance Association or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge the Sandpoint Renaissance Association and all other Releasees from liability under such claims.
