If you sell foods intended to be taken home, (such as flavored oils, jams, etc.) and you need power at your booth, submit a Food Application.
If you sell goods or services, submit a General Application.
If you sell foods meant to be taken home (such as flavored oils, jams, etc.) and you do not need power, submit a Food Application if you wish to be in the Food Court or a General Application otherwise.
If you sell your goods or services as you wander around the Faire rather than from a stationary booth, submit a Wandering Application.
