If you sell your goods or services as you wander around the Faire rather than from a stationary booth, submit a Wandering Application.
Please allow 2 weeks for your application to be processed. (This is an all-volunteer organization)

Friday, March 10th - Last day for the biggest booth fee discounts
Monday, April 10th - Last day for discounted booth fees
Wednesday, May 10th - Last day to pay booth fees
Friday, June 2nd - All application requirements must be completed
Friday, June 9th - Merchant setup day
Saturday, June 10th & Sunday, June 11th - 2023 Sandpoint Renaissance Faire!

To reserve a merchant space, you must:
- Submit a complete merchant application (part 1) that is accepted (see links above)
- Pay the booth fee (payment details provided after your application is accepted)
To be allowed to set up for Faire, you must also:
- Complete part 2 of the application
- Provide proof of liability insurance (details with application)
- Register with the Idaho Tax Commission (details with application)
- Food Merchants only - Register with Panhandle Health District
